This practical course introduces the Recording Studio including Analogue & Digital Recording, Editing, Mixing & Mastering Techniques, Microphones, Analogue & Digital Multitracks, Hard Disk Recorders, MIDI Sequencing, Analogue & Digital Consoles, Effects Devices, and Live Sound Mixing. This course is designed to give some insight into the music industry. Students can then decide if this is the industry they really want to work in before they go on to do the other courses. Note: The content of this course isn't enough to prepare students for recording or mixing.
